Renovation and Remodeling of Residence

The design of the two-storeyed residence presented a unique challenge due to the narrow width of the elevation. To maximize space and achieve an appealing style, we skillfully merged two plots, creating an L-shaped site boundary that effectively enhanced both functionality and aesthetics of the home.

The project is currently in the construction phase, featuring a two-floor residence designed with various unique elements. Notable aspects include terracotta tiles that enhance the aesthetic appeal, a rooftop portico offering a welcoming entrance, and decorative grooves that add depth and character to the overall structure.
